We all know the holiday season can be stressful with preparing to host family and friends, traveling, gifting, etc. You can also lose your shit during the holiday seasons when it comes to dealing with family. This includes your own kids, extended family, etc.

Breakfast was provided by Texas Donuts - Lorton Va. The variety and yummy goodness melted in our mouths. In case you didn't know, the Texas Donut Lorton, VA location has Happy Hour Monday to Friday 11 a.m. - 1 p.m.
After a few introductions and laughs, we dug right on into our topic for the month.
Knowing that the holidays can be stressful and identifying what or who can trigger you is important to get a handle on. So, here are a few questions to ask yourself to be prepared this year.

- Do you need to set boundaries with specific people prior to Holiday get-togethers?
